We operate a helpdesk for all support enquiries. This means we can log your request, and for your piece of mind deal with any problems or queries efficiently and professionally. The beauty of such a system is that it is secure and all enquires can be effectively routed to the correct department.Support Helpdesk

Our support hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday. Excluding public holidays.
During these hours, we will generally reply to a request within an hour or less. However during busy periods, you may experience a longer wait. Please allow up to a maximum of 24 hours for a response. We thank you for your patience.
Payments & Billing
If you have a MyINX account, please sign-in and access the billing system through your Account Centre with ease. Alternatively, to make a payment we have two billing systems:Customers from September 2007 onwards
