Ladders And Clan Matches Help

Hi all very new to CSS and my clan keep asking for games well the forum is not busy as we are on teamspeak so the help i need is on starting a war like some sortof war script to restart the server 3 times ,,,,,

one some clans that want to play some fun matches maybe we could run some ladders or tournament knockout ...

i do have ladders and tournaments software mygamingladder version 7 is this good to ask about this here

we are a noob clan so up to you i only played about 140 hours of this game

enemy down has very picky entry requirements though <_<
mainly to do with ur clan website
and u need to have an active irc clan channel

cal open is the place to be, but i think its a america only entry. so that makes this reply moot really
