IMHO Gun Game is bullsh** for DOD. For CS:S it is quite useful & funny because besides achieving the tasks you win a round by killing the enemy team thus it is quite ok if a mod reduces the game to killing. This the fact for Gun Game on CS:S!

But on DOD this is senseless! I now played some maps on your server #2 with Gun Game and your server became a only-frags-count-DOD:S-server. To be honest I do not see any real reason why to use this mod on a DOD server. On a DOD-Deathmatch server with weighting on Deathmatch this mod is very funny but on a server where the map should be won by capping flags this is just useless.

Just 10mins ago I was on the server and 5 (!!!) players on allies had Sniper on dod_oranger_dexteriawars... you don't believe how these players started powercamping! It was nearly impossible to leave the spawn! I hope the old weapon restrictions are still active because on dod_sandrats it only need 2-3 allied snipers to make it nearly impossible for axis to leave the spawn - especially on this map where mp-gunners do not have smoke grenades!!! Gun Games wrecks the whole tactic gameplay!

Sry m8 but installing this mod wasn't a good idea IMHO because this shifts the game to a killing-only-game. If you don't believe me, then go to server #2 and wait how long it takes for a map to be won let's say 2 times (excluding darwarearena which is nearly won every 1-2 mins by one team). I really enjoyed playing on ya server #2 but i play dod:s because it is NOT a deathmatch game.

This is a perfectly valid view m8, I appreciate you taking the time to post.

I am not particularly 1 way or the other on this, but new mods come out, and we try them out.

Also, I can stop the camping issue with 1 weapon.
