Rest assured she is still under house arrest for the remainder of her 45 day jail sentance and she has a rather unfasional ancle bracelit to deal with for that time. If we are lucky she will forget that she isnt allowed outside and go get herself arrested, thus allowing her to spend the remaining time and more in jail.

Proberly not because everyone knows that she will just happen to foget and then try blag her way out of it with money.
sadly the law is quite strict on that, break your parole go back to jail. there is no sick leave/time for good behaviour/celeb discount/frequent crack user club card in that aspect of the law. they dont like it when you break parole and god help her if she fails a **** test, hopefully someone will take time to administer one before the fashion ancle band is removed

Oh wow house arrest thats going to be so hard seeing, as Olly says, she lives in a mansion. I'd give anything to be under house arrest in a place with 50 bajillion rooms, a swimming pool, tennis courts and god knows what else not to mention the fact that she can have parties every night. They should just do us all a favour and send her down for life, failing that i live in hope that the nice ankle bracelet she's wearing may electrocute her to death if she steps out the front door.

Shame really, huh?
I still don't think she will server the rest of the sentence in prison.
Her lawyers do not get paid for giving up, so expect a few more twists and turns before this saga comes to an end.

well at the end of the day if it was a simple Joe Bloggs or Miss Bloggs they would have to do the time. So as they say no special treatment lets see if any back handers were paid to certain sheriffs there , now that would be interesting!!

I think the MTV movie awards 2007 was a bit too harsh on Paris though imo
if one courts public attention and reaps the rewards they must also take the bad side of it....
