About getting a server

I was wondering if you can put the AMX 1.6 mod on aCZ server for me and if it would cost more?

OK I have a few more questions to ask you. !st one is there a TEST server somewhere so we can see what our pings would be? 2ND Where would the server be located? 3rd How long would it take you to set the server up so we can start playing on it? We've been through our server list and found this CS:CZ server:

195.242.236.167:27015.

Our servers are all located in Redbus Meridian, London.

Setup time would be 24/48 hours, usually quicker.

Ok I am sorry to tell you this but my ping is way too high on that server I am gonna have to pass on the server.

I'm a bit confused as to how since that's the only server running on that box....
