Web spell help

hi, ive been following this tutorial to set up my webiste

i go to the instalation of the webspell

and this error came up

There are some errors.
Please ensure, that following folders are completely writeable (CHMOD 777):
demos/
downloads/
html/
images/articles-pics
images/banner
images/bannerrotation
images/clanwar-screens
images/linkus
images/news-pics
images/news-rubrics
images/sponsors
tmp/

none of these files are ther. so i cant change the chmod to 777

i downloaded the webspell off the link in the tutorial.

can somebody tell me where to get those files ???

i did a search for them in the all files search and the public html search and it doesn't bring nothing up so they cant be ther :mad:

they arnt evan in the zip-file that i downloaded from the webspell link in the tutorial

so i skipped that part anyway and pressed continue

and got to where i enter my sql username password database ect

i enterd my my sql username (cossack)

and my sql password correctly

i put gs911_cms for my database

and the tutorial told me to leave the table prefix as webs_

i clicked continue and this error came up

ERROR: no connection to mysql


can somebody help me please :(
