Cant use console commands!

I cant use console commands to do things like alltalk. i have full admin on mani. I'm also logged into rcon! please help!!! i dont want to have to constantly restart my server!

Ally uo have to do is type rcon, when you are logged into rcon (rcon_password yourpass), followed by the rcon command.

eg. rcon sv_alltalk 1

have you ensured that the console box is ticked in Options as that is one ppl forget it is in advanced I think
