FTP problems

Hi I am trying to set up mani mod for TF2. I tried the automated mod section but it just crashed the server. I am trying to upload the correct version of mani for TF2 via FTP (using flashfxp) but the upload keeps stalling. it appears to upload to 100% and then tells me the transfer has failed.

Any Ideas what the problem is lads?
