Would you be PROPERLY interested in a paintballing event where-by the teams would most likely be inx vs customers/clans?
If YES then please vote how much (MAX) you'd be willing to pay, also leave a post saying how far you'd be willing to travel!!!
How much does paintballing cost?

It really depends on where it is.
Obviously if people cant travel too much then it'll have to be in a central point such as london where it'll probably be £30ish per head inc. overalls + gun + paint.
Then again if people are willing to travel then the paintball arena will be bigger and cheaper as it'll be in the middle of no-where :P

I might be going soon with friends, not been before, i'll get back to you guys on prices and what it's like/where it is if i go, if you would like ;o (or maybe if you wouldn't too :D )

Well my mate thought it was roughly £20-25 per head and £5 per 100 paintballs, but he wasn't entirely certain.
He couldn't remember where this was either, so i'm yet to find out :P
But the thing is you can really get throught those paintballs thats the real cost in paintballing its just to tempting to jump up and waste about 100paintballs so it really depends if you gonna go crazy or not (its much funner when you go crazy)
so the price can vary from about 25quid to like 60 depending on how many paintballs you use. ;)

I heard it only really hurts if the balls don't explode, so if it hurts, you're probably still in the game, so it's a good thing ;)
thats true take it from an expert in paintballing!
but most of the time when that happens your looking on your overalls to see if it splated and then you just get shot again lol
but pain is part of the fun of it

When you say pain, please define.
Is it like being whipped with a wet towel in the showers, or like being kicked full on by a rugby player? :D

I'd say being whipped very hard.... you do get a full face mask to wear though so you dont lose an eye.
You may also want to consider putting some padding down below...
Also they offer you body armour but usually if the blokes take it they make them wear bright pink armour so everyone can see ya as the armour is made for girls to take really....

Been paintballin a few times, Where i am.. well we went to Liverpool to do the paintballin which was a hike, but it was good.
£15 for the day, and the main cost is on the paintballs as a few people said.
I think it was like £10-20 for 100 balls.
And it does hurt. If you're against some real ****s that come close range the paintballs draw blood. Other wise it just feels like someone is throwin stones at you.
The paintballs aren't just paint (obviously) they have like a plastic shell and it does ****in murder :P
If Olly goes i think we should make him wear one of those high visiabiltiy jackets.

Seems we've had a good bit of interest...
Next problem will be travelling... i'll try and pick somewhere which is do-able via major roads and public transport without too much cost, it'll probably be somewhere geographically central in England.
Deposit to secure a place will be in and around £10 which will also cover part/all of the paintballing cost except for the paintballs which will be priced at approx. £6 per 100 paintballs, discounts available on larger amounts of paintballs...
I'll let you all know when I know more.

this is looking to be quite a near future thing, was hoping it wouldn't be till next year otherwise i won't have money to go >.<

yup and btw your all talking about it hurting loads your a bunch of girls i've been about 10 to 15 times and it doesnt hurt for Tomtit (except close range had a bruise for a month) i got shot in the neck i mean srtight in the neck it went under the mask and it didnt hurt the only time i've acctually felt pain doing it is when i was in a bunker and 3 of them surrounded it and all came about 2 meters away and shot my about 20-30 times
diffrent sites get diffrent suppliers of paintballs so some are harder than others.
anyway i probs wont be able to come but ill give any info to help people with their questions.

right you may take this somewhat lightly when i say, get a rugby cup, my mate matt got shot where it counts, and was in pain for days
btw olly, theyre uber strict on the rules, but their lil watchers dont see all, my mate shot me in teh damn toe cos he thought me old allstars were steel toecaps, other than that ace day out, if you lads could be bothered with the trip, balls per 100 at a site up here is £4
Hey, I play for a pro paintball team up in Scotland called the Scottish Warriors B) (www.scottishwarriors.co.uk - have a look if you would like) We travel about the country playing at Big Games. Every month or so a paintball site will hold a massive event. If you have a look on the net for your local area you might see a big game coming your way!
If you got any questsions about paintball, just ask :)
over here we have a indoor paintball arena made to look like de_dust2 from cs fame, i kid thee not. its not cheap and would mean you would all have to travel to ireland, but its a farking good laugh :)

it aint gonna happen so dont get your hopes up.

hense the reason i said birmingham, its about 2 hours from bristal on the train to birmingham new street which is a farking crapp st5ation if you need a lift

but....i dont have a clue about any of the places this side of the country....I can hardly locate exeter on a map. I know its somewhere by a river....but thats about it.
